OnePlus North: a clue seems to confirm the existence of another smartphone

The decision to create a new brand rather than capitalize on the gains is not trivial. This suggests a desire to break, but it also implies dSignificant investments in R&D, as well as in marketing. Remember that OnePlus can rely on the many brands of the parent company "BBK Electronics ", which limits risk taking.

A range is being prepared?

Either way, it would be amazing if OnePlus would put so much effort (and money) into limiting itself to just one smartphone. Truth be told, there is almost no doubt that other models are in development. The specialized site XDA Developers noticed a clue that supports this analysis.

The source code of the OxygenOS 10.5 overlay refers to the Qualcomm SM6350 SoC (Snapdragon 690). A chip witha more accessible positioning than the Snapdragon 765G of the OnePlus North which has just been announced.

Knowing that the brand's first model is offered at 399 euros, we can expect a more affordable smartphone, perhaps under the bar of 300 euros.
