Among the flagship series of Netflix, impossible not to mention The Umbrella Academy whose season 2 was recently uploaded on the platform. All 10 episodes were immediately binge-watched by hundreds of thousands of fans who couldn't wait.
While Netflix has yet to make an official statement About a third season, we suspect that the streaming giant is not ready to drop the show and its solid fanbase. It must also be said that the enormous cliffhanger that concluded season 2 can only give rise to a sequel…

Netflix Credits
Steve Blackman, the showrunner of the series, has just confided in the new intrigues around the Hargreeves siblings in this potential season 3.
Disputes should be put aside
In the columns of TheWrap, Blackman indicated that in season 3 of The Umbrella Academy, Luther, Diego, Allison, Klaus, Five, Ben and Vanya will have to put their differences aside and work together to overcome the trials that await them ... which will not necessarily be not easy.
"They [the Hargreeves brothers and sisters] are terrible to the world around them since they are particularly dysfunctional as a family. They just can't get it right, both in relationships and as superheroes. But I think they're getting better and if we're lucky enough to have a season 3, they'll get even better there. […] They might even find out later that their powers are more powerful when they are together.
The new Ben at the heart of the story?
Warning SPOILER! The Umbrella Academy sequel promises to be even more interesting with the alternate reality the heroes have createdin spite of themselves following their journey through time (season 2). In this alternate reality, the heroes' adoptive father is still alive ... as is Ben who happens to be number one in Sparrow Academy, alternate version of Umbrella Academy.
Interviewed by TVLine, Justin H. Min, the interpreter of Ben, indicated that the character will take on even more importance:" In season 3, he will be very different - not only in terms of appearance, but also in terms of personality and character - the Ben we know.
While all of these reveals are already stoking fans' impatience, Steve Blackman, him, is just waiting for the green light from Netflix to launch the production of the third season of The Umbrella Academy. If all goes well, filming could begin in early 2021.
